Accommodation Charges: To be paid in Visitor's Hostel itself

Note:

• It may not be possible to accommodate registration on the spot.
• Accompanying person/s with registered participants are not entitled for the kit.
• Accommodation will be provided for four nights from Jan 17-20, 2018.
• Request for refund of registration fee will not be entertained after 15 December 2017.
• Limited numbers of rooms are available for accommodation and will be allotted on first come first serve basis.
• Registration is valid only after receiving the duly filled in registration form along with the registration fee.
